Registration is handled on Race Roster and opens 11 November 2026.
Deferrals are only available to people who entered within the Gold Level pricing period, and requests must be made up to 14 days before the event. Include your registration number in your message.
Refunds are not available. If you added Refund Protection when you registered, you can make a claim through that provider. Search Race Roster for “Manage Refund Protection”. We can't take refund enquiries through this form.
Race changes and name changes are managed through Race Roster. Go to Race Roster and sign in to your account to make the change yourself. We can't take change requests through this form.

When is the Shepparton Running Festival?

Saturday 14 and Sunday 15 August 2027.

Where is it held?

The festival hub, start and finish are at Victoria Park Lake, Shepparton, Victoria.

When do registrations open?

Registrations open on 11 November 2026. Join the notify list on the home page to hear first.

What distances are available?

Marathon (42.2km), Half Marathon (21.1km), 10km, 5km and a Family 2km.

Are the courses certified?

The Marathon, Half Marathon and 10km are AIMS certified courses.

Is the course flat?

Yes. All courses are largely flat on sealed paths, with grass at the start and finish of the longer races.

Can I walk?

Absolutely. Each race has a cut-off time that suits walkers. See the race tabs for cut-offs.

Can kids take part?

Yes. The Family 2km is stroller-friendly and designed for kids and families.

Can I run with a club or workplace team?

Yes. Join the Clubs Program for group discounts, club awards and team perks.

How do I volunteer?

Apply through our volunteer page. Volunteers receive rewards including a free future race entry.

Where do I find results and photos?

On our Results and Photos pages. Photos can take up to 48 hours to appear after the event.

Can I defer my entry?

Deferrals are only available to people who enter within the Gold Level pricing period, and requests must be made up to 14 days before the event.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are not available. If you added Refund Protection when you registered, you can make a claim through the Refund Protection provider. Search Race Roster for "Manage Refund Protection".

Can I change my race, or transfer my entry to someone else?

Yes. Sign in to your Race Roster account to manage race changes and name changes yourself. Changes close at 12:00pm on Friday 13 August 2027, and a $10 fee applies.

Are prams and strollers allowed?

Yes in the 5km and the Family 2km. Prams and strollers are not permitted in the marathon, half marathon or 10km.

Can a parent run with a child in the 2km?

Yes. Parents are welcome to run with a child in the Family 2km for free. Just don't take a medal, as medals are for registered participants.
